In The Spirit of Sharing

I have been awarded this Brilliant Web Blog Award for content and photos by Anne over at Fabric and bags. This is despite me not updating my Blog as regularly as I'd like to and i am absolutely chuffed to bits. Its also my first award so really treasured.

I feel like I should be going:- and this for my mum for giving birth to me and this is for  my producer for discovering me and this is for all my friends who believed in me....... but truely truely this is for all you crafters out there and for all your support.

I've been catching up with some reading lately and i couldn't put this one down.

Its a beautifully written and provocative book about 'the reluctant fundamentalist' following the events of 9/11.

I don't tend to read books again once I've finished them and they end up in boxes in my cupboard so in the spirit of sharing if you're interested its yours to read.

You have just reminded me to finish my book too.. (No1. Lady's Detective Agency Vol3) It's not a complicated book but just haven't got a chance to sit and read.

Hey - many, many thanks for the award. This is pretty cool - I have not been doing this blog thing for all that long - you've made me feel really good. ALso, I know a couple of your other awardee's blogs, and I think that I am in good company!

Oh I am so excited I found your blog! You have postings on so many basic sewing tips that I need! Thank you thank you! I am trying to make some bags of my own, just for fun, for gifts and whatnot and well, there's definitely been a learning curve!
